The Program

Our unique program pairs mentees with experienced UX mentors in a 360-degree mentorship model. It's a reciprocal approach where mentees also mentor their mentors, offering fresh perspectives and benefiting both parties.

Admission is competitive, often leading to a waitlist. The structured 10- or 12-week program includes orientation, regular surveys, check-ins, and ends with an in-person celebration. Optional monthly projects encourage structured collaboration.

Participants commit 1-2 hours per month, ensuring a balanced and impactful mentorship experience for professional development.
