Mentorship
We offer the Austin community a unique program that pairs experienced UX mentors with mentees. Unlike traditional models, our program is based on a dynamic 360-degree structure that encourages mentees to also mentor their mentors. In this way each person in a pairing benefits from the other's experience. It is a continuous loop of learning, driving professional development and fostering innovation within our community.
